Soho Electronic returns November 28 with 30-plus acts across four stages
The second edition of the leftfield festival runs on and around Dean Street, with Nik Colk Void, Mark Van Hoen and Howlround on the bill.
More than 30 artists will play four stages on and around Dean Street in Central London on November 28, when Soho Electronic returns for its second edition, The Quietus reported. The day starts at midday and runs until midnight.
Nik Colk Void and Mark Van Hoen, otherwise known as Locust, are among the acts playing. They share the bill with reel-to-reel tape manipulator Howlround, Sculpture, Sonny E (FKA Adamski), Agnes Haus and Bobby Barry, the Quietus reviews editor. Further live sets come from Axon, Death Magazine 52, Artificially Yours, Lifeloose, Dom Bouffard, Xiao Wan and Laughingstock101, among others. The DJ sets come from Johny Brown (The Band Of Holy Joy), Globo V (Hydrogen Dukebox / Cosmic Kazannik), Myster K and Sean McLusky.
Venues include a former film industry screening room, All Is Joy; a Frith Street hair salon, Cuts; a former strip club, The Place; and the record store ROVR.
The first edition was held last year, with sets from Mute Records founder Daniel Miller and Hawksmoor, among others.
