The Evolve Nest Acoustics plugin is the latest release from Excite Audio, created in collaboration with sound designer Nest Acoustics and presented as part of the company’s Evolve series. Evolve Nest Acoustics implements a layered architecture with four sound layers and four macro effects named Holo, Crust, Breeze and Erode. The instrument also offers a rearrangeable three-slot effects chain and ships with 250 presets.

Lite and Full versions are listed as available exclusively from Plugin Boutique, with an introductory 50% off sale running until 30 June and prices starting at £19 during that offer. These product and purchasing details are part of the published release information.

The Evolve Nest Acoustics plugin, released as the latest addition to Excite Audio’s Evolve series, showcases several key features designed for complex sound design and modulation. Central to its architecture are the four sound layers, which allow for the integration of diverse audio elements. Accompanying these are four macro effects—Holo, Crust, Breeze, and Erode—that provide core tools for sound modulation and transformation.

To facilitate dynamic sound manipulation, the plugin incorporates the Evolve XY Pad, enabling real-time blending and modulation between sound components. It supports drag-and-drop envelopes and LFOs, along with XY controls, offering flexible modulation routing options. Dual filters contribute to shaping the audio profile by managing frequency content.

Further, the Evolve Nest Acoustics includes a rearrangeable three-slot FX chain, giving users the ability to modify the processing order of effects. Enhancing the creative experience, the plugin provides 250 presets, offering a broad range of ready-to-use sounds and starting points for customization. These features collectively underline the plugin’s capacities in sound blending, modulation, and textural creation within the Evolve series.

Evolve Nest Acoustics is offered in two editions: a Lite version and a Full version.
