Brooklyn Pacha opens Nov. 6 with Loco Dice, Nervous Records anniversary
Pacha’s indoor club debuts with Ilario Alicante and HoneyLuv alongside Loco Dice, then Louie Vega and Oscar G for Nervous Records’ 35th anniversary.
Brooklyn Pacha opens November 6 and 7 in the former Great Hall, with Loco Dice headlining the first night, Dancing Astronaut reported. Pacha New York, the brand’s open-air venue, opened this summer.
The room has been fully made over, with a new sound and lighting setup. It keeps its gritty, warehouse feel, and the setup aims to bring booth and crowd closer together.
Friday, November 6 is headlined by Loco Dice, with Ilario Alicante and HoneyLuv also on the bill.
Saturday, November 7 belongs to Nervous Records. The label started in New York in 1991 and has put out more than 5,000 records in 35 years. The anniversary lineup is Louie Vega, Oscar G, Anané and Will Automagic of The Carry Nation, plus a surprise guest who has not been named.
Pacha now runs two New York rooms. The open-air venue handles the large summer productions, and the indoor club is a smaller space for the rest of the year.
